Chloe comme Parris Fall 2012
Chloe comme Parris presented their Fall 2012 collection in muted tones ranging from greys to blues, using plenty of texture and detailed patterns.
The sister design team of Chloe and Parris Gordon maintained their avant-garde silhouettes and introduced some unique techniques this season, such as embellishments behind the neck, cape detailing and a fashion forward 3-dimensional aspect.
Pairing solid, feminine prints on top and bottom a la Mary Katrantzou, the line feathered both toile-like and almost tufted prints. The hi-lo top, signature detail of the designers, was featured throughout and in different forms, including a printed dress with a floating rear train.
Models wore dark red lips and hair back to show off all of the important detailing along the shoulders, back and neck. Pleats appeared to be another trend that’s sticking as the duo included subtle hints of this design technique. Made for a confident and cool woman, the Chloe comme Parris collection offered a little something for each and every female silhouette.
