Guerlain collaborates with Emilio Pucci for its Summer 2012 cosmetics collection
We think the quintessential summer print perfect for vacationing is any of the gorgeous finds by the house of Emilio Pucci and it would seem that beauty brand Guerlain agrees. The packaging from their latest Mediterranean Riviera summer collection, available as a limited edition product exclusively at select Guerlain counters at The Bay, picks up on the vibrant shades of Pucci’s signature prints.
Terra Azzura Star Powder ($76) is a four shade bronzer that comes in a soft pearly formula ideal for highlighting summer’s bronzed skin. And for a perfect highlighter, pick up the Météorites Perles d’Azur ($66). Six shades of shimmery pearls, including an all new shade of blue, recreate the colours of the Mediterranean Riviera. Use the Powder Brush ($43) for ideal application of either the Météorites Perles d’Azur or Terra Azzura Star Powder.
Écrin 4 Couleurs in 13. Capri ($64) has four perfect shades of white gold, coral, pink, and brown to create a subtle, yet seductive look for the eyes. In lieu of black, reach for an indigo blue liner, like the Terracotta Khol Kajal in 02 Blu Acqua ($40) and Mascara Le 2 de Guerlain in 02 Blu 2 Pucci ($38) to punch up your peepers.
Our favourite Terracotta Gloss ($35 each) is number 12. Porto Azzurro, a transparent indigo blue that adds shimmer and dimension to any other shade. We paired with number 10, Porto Fino, a coral pink, to outstanding results.
And don’t forget your talons with nail enamel in 01, Riviera, a coral pink, or 02, Paradisio, an indigo blue ($24 each) to complete the look.
