Gagosian Gallery in Paris presents “Writers” by Richard Avedon
From now until July 28th, the Gagosian Gallery in Paris’ chic 8th arrondisement will be featuring late American photographer Richard Avedon’s series on writers. Captured between the 1950s and 1970s, the portrait series includes the likes of Truman Capote, Allen Ginsberg, and more. The realization of such an exhibit has been the product of the close working relationship formed between the gallery and The Richard Avedon Foundation, which serves as a repository for Avedon’s work.
